Details: Beautiful Qing Dynasty Chinese footed porcelain dish acquired from an estate sale in historic Windsor Farms in Richmond. This piece is hand painted and decorated with flowers and birds. Dimpling on the top surface of the glaze is a result of the sand kiln firing and is not seen as a flaw.
Dimensions: 8.750″ x 8.625″ wide and 2.25″ tall. Footed base is 5″ in diameter.
Origin & Era: Chinese, late 19th century
Condition: Very good. Small scratch on center of dish; minor chips to paint and edge, very few faint hairline cracks at center of dish and on the underside of the pedestal, all consistent with this item’s lifespan. See photos for details.
